This multi-use facility offers more than 15,000-square-feet for entertaining in two separate areas: the Palace Theatre and the Lancaster Theatre. The Palace Theatre has a large stage area for music, dance, drama and film productions. The Lancaster Theatre is a flexible space ideal for small performance groups, dinner theater, meetings, receptions and traditional luncheons or dinners. With multiple options for room set, the Lancaster can accommodate theater-style seating for 200 people or a banquet hall set up that can accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated meal. The Lancaster also offers an on-site kitchen, with a refrigerator, preparation areas and an ice machine, as well as catering options.
